How I Work
I partner with leaders to find the barrier keeping things stuck and map the way up and out.

Diagnose
Before anyone sits at the same table, I talk with each person alone: their view of the work, what they need from it, what they're carrying.
People say things one to one that they won't say in a room, and the room goes better for it.
Then I play back what I heard, in your words: what's working, what's missing, what needs to start happening.
That playback is the Big Picture Diagnostic.
It surfaces the obstruction underneath the frustration, since the presenting problem is rarely the whole picture. And it gets everyone to agree on one story of change.
Decide
We spend a few sessions with written drafts between them, so you choose among options you can read rather than ones invented in the room.
I pencil out the options and draft what the decision needs, and I’m there with you when you make the call.
The decision is yours. My job is to make sure it gets made.
Design
Once the direction is set, I build the plan, set the roles, and pick the tools, so you know who does what, by when, with what.
Then I design the system underneath it so it holds after I'm gone: the meeting rhythm, the handoffs, the numbers you'll watch.
A plan that lives in a deck is not a plan.
Direct
Once it's clear what needs doing, the question is who.
I can join your team for a set time, in the leadership role that's missing, and I'm on the hook until the work is set up to last.
You get more done with the people and tools you already have.
