What I Offer

I'm the person leaders call when they have a growth mandate, a knot they can't untie, or something that needs to exist and doesn't yet.

Like an editor-in-chief, I bring creative fluency and operational rigor in one person, so the work gets done right.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

View from Camden Hills

Strategy

When you can sense the destination but need someone at the same altitude to help design the path. When you have the vision, the investment, or the message, but you’re not yet hitting the goals reliably.

Ideal for: CEOs, founders, and senior leaders navigating succession, scale, transformation, or any moment when the next move really matters.

The what: Thought partnership through succession planning, scaling strategy, and resource rebalancing.

You can get: Prep for investor rounds, board presentations, speaking engagements. Develop go-to-market plans and feasibility studies. Close the gaps on your current strategic plan or ready the org for your next one.

Also available as a coach to a leader working through a meaningful transition, including AI adoption.

Why me: Real authority paired with a finely tuned read on people.

→ Outcome: Clearer decisions, made faster. A leader who can work from a whole landscape view.

Brand

When your brand isn't landing with the relevance and impact you need. When the team is talented but the work demands are greater than they can meet. When the strategy seems right but customers are missing it.

Ideal for: CEOs, CMOs, and founders running brand-led companies where the creative function is critical but underperforming.

The what: Moving an organization to look and sound like its best version of itself.

You can get: Audience and position research, channel and media strategy, content and narrative planning, creative strategy, story and styling, and end-to-end production, including AI tool adoption.

Then train the team to reproduce it at scale.

Why me: Creative-fluent and a systems thinker. I lead the creative review and design the workflow that makes the work ship, on time and on the mark.

→ Outcome: Brand assets that deliver. A creative team that operates with both ambition and discipline. Alignment with the audience you’re looking to grow.

Leadership

When you are new in a role, or maybe you’re sensing you’ve been in that role too long. When you have a team that isn’t rowing in the same direction. When growth is being waylaid by out-of-date operating practices.

Ideal for: Team leaders or solo practitioners who can sense there’s a better way, but they can’t find it on their own. Especially well suited for creative types.

The what: Figure out the playbook for change, remove the obstructions, set you or your team on a tested path to your desired destination, including AI tools for personal or professional productivity.

You can get: A more rewarding career experience, a team that’s working together, a process flow that’s easier and more productive.

Why me: I've done this at enterprise scale and startup speed. I have the patience and eye for the fine details, the agility to problem-solve in fresh ways, the drive to finish the build-out.

→ Outcome: A playbook you or your team can use to realize your next chapter or your growth mandate.

Three ways to work together

A project.

Could be two weeks to two months, the time is scoped to meet your one need: e.g. bylaws your lawyer can review, a strategic plan, a feasibility study, a name and a mission on one page.

Joining the team.

A quarter or a year in the leadership role that's missing: strategy, brand, or people. A fractional CMO or chief of staff, with a growth mandate and an end date.

Coaching, selectively.

I built a program called The Inflection Arc. It takes a client through six stages, paced to their readiness for change, for leaders at a choice point in their career. Most of the people I coach have done well by every measure they were handed, and want the next one to be their own.
